Notice to Persons affected by an Application for a License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.
Pharmacy (Dispensing of Prescriptions).
I HEREBY give notice that an application has been received from S. C. Burns for a license to carry on the business of chemist or druggist by the keeping of open shop or place for the compounding or dispensing of prescriptions at proposed new premises to be erected at the corner of White’s Line East, Waiwhetu Road, and Hawkins Street, Lower Hutt.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 22nd September, 1938. All representations must set out clearly the grounds for same and should include financial statements.
