Cancellation of Appointment as Ranger.

IN exercise of the powers vested in him by the Animals
Protection and Game Act, 1921-22, the Minister of
Internal Affairs of the Dominion of New Zealand, doth hereby
revoke the appointment of
Percy Woolridge, Oturehua,
as ranger under the said Act for the Otago Acclimatization
District.

Captain Hugh Merriman Barnes, Royal Navy, to H.M.S.
“ Philomel,” additional, to date 1st September, 1938,
and as Naval Officer-in-Charge of Establishments and
H.M.S. “ Philomel,” Captain Superintendent, Naval
Repair Yard, Devonport, and Director of Naval Re-
cruiting, vice Tinley, from date of joining.
Commander Aubrey Basil Fanshawe, Royal Navy, lent
New Zealand Division, additional, to date 4th August,
1938, and as Second Naval Member of New Zealand
Naval Board, vice Oliver, from date of joining.

the New Zealand Meat-producers’ Board established under
the said Act, to hold office for a period of two years com-
mencing on the 1st day of September, 1938.
