Notice of Meeting of Creditors.
NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of G. W. Collie and Company, Limited, will be held on the 14th day of September, 1938, at which a resolution for voluntary winding up is to be proposed, and that a meeting of creditors of the said company will be held pursuant to section 234 of the Companies Act, 1933, at the Board Room of W. F. Titchener, Queen's Building, 109 Princes Street, Dunedin, on the 14th day of September, 1938, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company's affairs together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount of their claims will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors in pursuance of section 235 of the said Act may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the company, and in pursuance of section 236 of the said Act may appoint a committee of inspection.

NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of creditors of Pyradent Proprietary (N.Z.), Limited, will be held at Chamber of Commerce Hall, Swanson Street, Auckland, on Friday, the 2nd day of September, 1938, at 11 a.m., pursuant to sections 234 and 300 of the Companies Act, 1933, the said company having gone into voluntary liquidation.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of the Koola Ice Cream and Cold Storage Co., Ltd., Palmerston North.
NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed by members of this company on the 15th day of August, 1938, by entry in its minute-book pursuant to section 300 (1) of the Companies Act, 1933 :-
"That this company resolves by extraordinary resolution that it cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily."
Notice is also given that a meeting of creditors of the company will be held at the Commerce Buildings (upstairs, in old Chambers of Commerce room), Broadway, on Thursday, 25th August, at 2.30 p.m.

Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution.
NOTICE is hereby given that it was resolved on the 26th day of August, 1938, as a special resolution by an entry in the minute-book of the company signed as provided by subsection (1) of section 300 of the Companies Act, 1933 :-
"(a) That the company be wound up voluntarily; and "(b) That Mr. JOHN BARY, of Blenheim, Commission Agent, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company."

NOTICE is hereby given that by an entry in its minute-book the above-named company on the 26th day of August, 1938, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up and the appointment of JOHN BARY, of Blenheim, Commission Agent, as liquidator of the company, and that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at the offices of Messrs. Burden, Churchward, and Horton, Solicitors, High Street, Blenheim, on Monday, the 5th day of September, 1938, at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon.
Business-Consideration of the statement of position, &c., confirmation of the appointment of liquidator or otherwise, and appointment of a committee of inspection if thought fit.

EDUCATION BOARD OF THE DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.
Notice under the Public Works Act, 1928.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Education Board of the District of Auckland intends to take under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a public school the following land, namely- All that piece of land situated in the Provincial District of Auckland containing two (2) acres eight decimal three (8.3) perches, more or less, being Allotments 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 of Section 17, Raglan Township.
A plan of the land is deposited at the post-office at Raglan and is there open for inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours.
All persons affected are hereby required and called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, and to send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Education Board of the District of Auckland at its office in Wellesley Street, Auckland.
