Mining Privileges struck off the Register.

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of section 188 (4) of the Mining Act, 1926, and section 18 (c) of the Mining Amendment Act, 1937, that the mining privileges mentioned in the Schedule hereunder have been struck off the Register.

I HEREBY give notice that pursuant to the authority conferred on the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936, the following decisions in respect to applications for licences have been made.

Cambridge Co-op. Dairy Co., Ltd. To resell motor-spirit at the applicant company's factory Roto-o-rangi Granted, provided sales of motor-spirit are confined to suppliers of the company's factory 29 August, 1938.
