A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of an aerodrome (radio-receiving and direction-finding station-site); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 3 acres 2 roods 16 perches.
Being portion of Lot 7, D.P. 203, and being part Section 1533, Township of Bunnythorpe.
Situated in Block VII, Kairanga Survey District. (S.O. 3313.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99950, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of August, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of development of water-power (staff accommodation, Khandallah Substation); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 18·35 perches.
Being Lot 24, Block VII, D.P. 2425, and being part Section 6, Harbour R.D.
Situated in Block XI, Belmont Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 20138.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 100276, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of August, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
