Amendments to the Regulations under the Government Railways Act, 1926.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of August, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the Government Railways Act, 1926, and its amendments, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend as from and including the first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, the regulations made under the Government Railways Act, 1926, on the twenty-first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, and published in the Gazette of the thirtieth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, as from time to time amended (hereinafter referred to as “the said regulations”), in the manner following, that is to say :—
(1) By revoking that portion of the First Schedule to the said regulations relating to the Second Division, and substituting in lieu thereof the following:—
