Resolutions of both Houses of Parliament reserving Land as Endowments for Primary Education.

THE following resolutions, passed by the Legislative Council and by the House of Representatives, are published in accordance with section 362 (3) of the Land Act, 1924.

EXTRACT FROM THE JOURNALS OF THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL, FRIDAY, THE llTH DAY OF MARCH, 1938.

Ordered, "That the Report of the Lands Committee on the proposals contained in Paper 233, to reserve Allotment 284, Mangawai Parish, Allotments 10 and 154, Mangatete Parish, North Auckland Land District, and Section 40, Block XI, and Section 50, Block XII, Hangaroa Survey District, Gisborne Land District, as endowments for primary education, be agreed to." On motion of the Hon. Mr. Davis.
