Vesting a Reserve in the Malvern County Council.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of July, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a public reserve for the purposes of a site for a war memorial; And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Malvern:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Malvern, in trust as a public reserve for the purposes of a site for a war memorial.
SCHEDULE.
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
Lots 1, 2, and 3 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Christchurch as No. 128, being part of Rural Section 8988, Block XIII, Oxford Survey District, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 327, folio 30 (Canterbury Registry): Area, 1 rood 20·5 perches, more or less.

Vesting a Reserve in the Ashburton County Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of July, 1938.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart for gravel purposes: And whereas in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Ashburton:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and inhabitants of the County of Ashburton, in trust, for gravel purposes.
SCHEDULE.
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
All that area containing by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods, more or less, being part of Reserve 1401, Block VIII, Westerfield Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north by a public road, 1000·1 links; towards the south-east by other part of Reserve 1401, 698·1 links; and towards the south-west by Winchmore Road, 716·2 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/106A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Vesting a Reserve in the Napier Harbour Board.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of July, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCE THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for the use, benefit, and endowment of the Harbour of Napier: And, whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Napier Harbour Board:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Napier Harbour Board, in trust, for the use, benefit, and endowment of the Harbour of Napier.
SCHEDULE.
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT.
All that parcel of land situate in the Town of Napier, being a public reserve known as Pilot Reserve, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 16 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north by Wagborne Street, 110 links; towards the east by Town Section Number 518, 280 links; and towards the south-east, south-west, and north-west by Napier Harbour Board Endowment Reserve, be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/10/22c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Vesting Reserves in the Onehunga Borough Council.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of July, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCE THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto have been duly set apart as reserves for an endowment in aid of the borough funds for the benefit of the Borough of Onehunga: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserves in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Onehunga:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserves described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Onehunga, in trust, as reserves for an endowment in aid of the borough funds.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Lots 13, 14, and 15 of Section 44, Town of Onehunga: Area, 2 acres 2 roods 38 perches, more or less.
Section 25A of Small Lots near Town of Onehunga: Area, 1 acre 2 roods 22 perches, more or less.
Situated in the Borough of Onehunga.
