Changing the Purpose of Portion of a Reserve in Ashburton Survey District, Canterbury Land District.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL. At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of July, 1938.
Present:
His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve duly set apart for a gravel-pit:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for an addition to a school-site : Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for a gravel-pit to a reserve for an addition to a school-site (Allenton).
SCHEDULE.
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being part of Reserve 1405, Block IX, Ashburton Survey District, bounded as follows : Towards the north-west by Rural Section 16481, 500 links ; towards the north-east and south-east by other part of Reserve 1405, 200 links and 500 links respectively; and towards the south-west by Racecourse Road, 200 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/106B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

ORDER IN COUNCIL. At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of July, 1938.

His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve duly set apart for telegraph-station purposes :
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for public buildings of the General Government:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for telegraph-station purposes to a reserve for public buildings of the General Government.

Cancelling the Reservation over Part of a Reserve in Town of Opunake, Taranaki Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL. At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of July, 1938.

His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as a site for police-station and buildings over the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

Cancelling the Vesting of a Reserve in the Napier Harbour Board.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL. At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of July, 1938.
Present:
His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve vested in the Napier Harbour Board for the use, benefit, and endowment of the Harbour of Napier under the provisions of the Napier Harbour Board Act, 1876 : And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Napier Harbour Board has duly consented to such cancellation :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Napier Harbour Board of the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that parcel of land situate in the Town of Napier, being a public reserve known as Pilot Reserve, containing by ad-measurement 2 roods 16 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north by Waghorne Street, 110 links ; towards the east by Town Section Number 518, 280 links ; and towards the south-east, south-west, and north-west by Napier Harbour Board Endowment Reserve, be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/10/22c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
