SECOND PART.

Maungatapere Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.

On the Maungatapere-Kaikohe Main Highway as far as
the twin bridges at Awarua and generally to the north and
south of that highway, comprising the districts of Nukutawhiti, Pakotai, Parakao, Titoki, Poroti, and Maungatapere,
the boundaries on connecting roads being at—

The viaduct on the Parakao-Kirikopuni Road:
The Houto School on the Houto-Kirikopuni Road :
The Aponga Stream on the Titoki-Puru Road:
The bridge at Malone’s on the Titoki-Ruatangata Road:

On the Maungatapere-Dargaville Main Highway at the
Whangarei County boundary—that is, the Waiotama
Bridge—and generally to the east and west of that
highway and comprising the districts of Otuhi, Wheki
Valley, and Whatitiri:

On the Maungatapere-Otaika Road at the culvert approximately one mile and three-quarters from Maungatapere:

On the Maungatapere-Whangarei Main Highway at the
Maunu Hall:

In the Kara-Kokopu district, all that area served by
the Poroti-Maunu Road, the boundary on the connecting
road to Ruatangata being at Cowan's Road Corner: This
area being generally that zoned to the Maungatapere Co-
operative Dairy Co., Ltd., by the Executive Commission of
Agriculture as their cream-collection area.

THIRD PART.

Tauranga Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.

All that area in the Auckland Land District bounded by
a line commencing at a point on the sea-coast in line with
the eastern boundary of Section 12, Block I, Te Tumu
Survey District; thence to and along that boundary to its
south-eastern corner; thence by a right line to the north-
eastern corner of Section 3, Block I aforesaid; thence by
the eastern boundary of said Section 3 to its south-eastern
corner; thence by a right line to the public road forming
the south-western boundary of Section 3, Block III, Te Tumu
Survey District; thence by that road to the northernmost
corner of Section 21, Block III aforesaid; thence by the
north-western boundaries of Sections 21 and 21A, Block III
aforesaid, to the north-western corner of the last-mentioned
section; thence by the south-eastern boundary of Section 1F,
Ngapeke Block, to the Waitao Stream; thence up the Waitao
Stream to the south-eastern corner of Section 7, Waitaha
No. 2 Block; thence by the north-western boundary of Sec-
tions 10 and 9, Waitaha No. 2 Block, as shown on L.T.
plan 1042, to the north-western corner of the last-mentioned
section; thence by the south-western boundaries of Sections
9 and 11, Waitaha No. 2 Block, L.T. plan 1042 aforesaid, to
the south-western corner of the said Section 11; thence
south-westerly along the north-western boundaries of Waoku
No. 2A Block to its north-western corner; thence south-
westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Te Papa
Parish to the Mangapapa River; thence by a right line,
being the production of the south-eastern boundary of Te Papa
Parish, to the south-western boundary of Tauwharawhara
Block; thence by a right line to Te Weraiti Trig. Station;
thence by a right line to Waianuanu Trig. Station; thence
by the north-eastern boundary of Okauia Part No. 1 Block
to the southernmost corner of Section 7, Block XI, Aongatete
Survey District, as shown on L.T. plan 5099; -thence by a
right line to the north-western corner of No. 1c 2A, Whaka-
marama No. 1 Block; thence by the north-western boundary
of the said Whakamarama No. 1 Block to the south-western
boundary of Section 136, Te Puna Parish, Block IX, Aonga-
tete Survey District; thence by the south-western boundary
of that section to the road forming the north-western boundary
of the said Section 136; thence by the road forming the
north-western boundary of Sections 136, 135, and 128, the
southern boundary of Section 127, the eastern boundary of
Sections 127, 126, and 125, Te Puna Parish, Block IX,
Aongatete Survey District, to the northernmost corner of
the last-mentioned section; thence by the road forming the
northern boundary of Sections 120 and 118, Te Puna Parish,
to the north-eastern corner of the last-mentioned section;
thence across that road to the south-eastern corner of Sec-
tion 113, Te Puna Parish; thence along the eastern boundary
of said Section 113 to its north-eastern corner; thence westerly
along the road forming the northern boundary of said Sec-
tion 113 to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Sec-
tion 86, Te Puna Parish; thence north-easterly along the
eastern boundaries of Sections 86, 84, 83, 82, and 81 to the

Mangawhai River ; thence by the Mangawhai River, Tauranga
Harbour, and the sea to a point in line with the eastern
boundary of Section 12, Block I, Te Tumu Survey District,
the place of commencement.

FOURTH PART.

Pukekohe Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.

All that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded
by a line commencing at a point on the right bank of the
Waikato River in line with the north-western boundary of
Lot 1 on L.T. plan 21399 deposited in the office of the District
Land Registrar at Auckland; thence westerly and southerly
generally along the right bank of the Waikato River to a
point in line with the south-western boundary of Section
257, Waiuku East Parish, Block V, Onewhero Survey District;
thence to and along that boundary and the western boundary
of Section N 199 to Arrowsville Road; thence westerly
along Arrowsville Road to Aka Aka-Waiuku Road; thence
northerly along that road to the drain forming the north-
western boundary of Section 248, Waiuku East Parish,
Block I, Onewhero Survey District; thence north-easterly
along that drain to the road forming the eastern boundary
of Section 220, Waiuku East Parish, Block I, Onewhero
Survey District; thence northerly along that road to the
north-eastern corner of Section 235, Waiuku East Parish,
Block I aforesaid; thence along a right line to the road
intersection at the north-eastern corner of Lot 1 on L.T.
plan 23041 deposited as aforesaid; thence along the road
forming the north-western boundaries of Sections 7 and 12,
Block XIII, Drury Survey District, to the northernmost
corner of the said Section 12; thence south-easterly along
the road forming the north-eastern boundaries of Sections
12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 38, and 39, Block XIV, Drury Survey
District, to the southernmost corner of Lot 5 on D.P. 1416;
thence north-easterly along the road forming the north-
western boundaries of Sections 36, 34, and 31, Block XIV
aforesaid, to the road forming the north-eastern boundary
of Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 1416, and Lot 3, D.P. 20000, to the
northernmost corner of the last-mentioned lot; thence
north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of Lots 4
and 20 of Section 3, Puni Parish, Block XIV, Drury Survey
District, to the northernmost corner of Lot 20; thence along
a right line to the road intersection at the north-western
corner of Lot 8 on D.P. 10637; thence north-easterly along
the road forming the north-western boundaries of Lot 8
aforesaid, Lot 16, D.P. 10637, Lots 2 and 3, D.R. plan 117,
to the northernmost corner of Section 173, Karaka Parish,
Block VII, Drury Survey District; thence along the road
forming the eastern boundary of Sections 173 and 178,
Block VII aforesaid, to the south-eastern corner of the
last-mentioned section; thence along the north-western
boundary of Section 62, Block VII aforesaid, to road forming
the western boundary of Section 187; thence along a right
line to the intersection of the Hingaia Creek and a public
road at the southernmost corner of Section 40, Opaheke
Parish, Block VIII, Drury Survey District; thence up the
Hingaia Creek to the north-western corner of Lot 4, Section

eastern boundaries of Sections 56 and 55, Block XII aforesaid,
to the south-eastern corner of the last-mentioned section;
thence along the southern boundaries of Lots 5 and 2, Section
54 aforesaid, to the south-eastern corner of the said Lot 2;
thence southerly along the western boundary of the Manga-
tawhiri Parish to the southern corner of part Section 7,
Block XII, Drury Survey District; thence along the southern

south-easterly and southerly along that road to the south-
western corner of part Section 27, Block XVI, Drury Survey
District; thence along the southern boundary of that
section to its south-eastern corner; thence along the western
boundary of the Mangatawhiri Parish to the north-eastern
corner of part Section 31 (53 acres 2 roods 30 perches);
thence by a right line to the south-western corner of that
section; thence along the northern, eastern, and southern
boundaries of part Section 31 (48 acres 2 roods 0 perches) to
its south-eastern corner; thence to and along the Whakapipi
Stream to its intersection with the southern boundary of
Block XVI, Drury Survey District; thence westerly along
that boundary to a public road; thence southerly along
that road to the south-eastern corner of part Section 35 as
shown on the L.T. plan 21715; thence along the southern
boundary of part Section 35 aforesaid to its south-western
corner; thence along a right line to the westernmost corner
of part Section 5, L.T. plan 585, Block III, Onewhero Survey
District; thence along a right line to the north-western
corner of Lot 1 on L.T. plan 21399; thence along the western
boundary of Lot 1 aforesaid and that boundary produced to
