Declaring Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Areas.

PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations, 1938, I, Walter Nash, Minister of Marketing, being satisfied that sufficient majorities of the producers in the respective areas of land defined in the Schedule hereto are desirous that such areas should be declared to be pool areas for the marketing of bobby calves, do hereby declare the areas of land defined as aforesaid to be Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Areas for the purposes of the said regulations under the respective names set out in the said Schedule before the description of each area, and I do hereby further declare that this notice shall take effect on the 29th day of July, 1938.

SCHEDULE.

FIRST PART.

Te Kauwhata-Waerenga Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.

THAT area of land lying entirely within the County of Waikato and bounded by a line commencing at the point where the Main Trunk Railway line passes the western corner of Section 35, Block IV, in the Whangamarino Parish, and following the said Main Trunk line in a northerly direction to the point where it crosses the Maramarua River on the boundary of the Waikato County; and thence from this point following the southern bank of the Maramarua River up-stream to the north-eastern corner of Block VII in the Maramarua Survey District; thence from this point in a straight line across country to the Puketoka Trig. Station No. 1530; and thence continuing in the same easterly direction to the Pukekamaka Trig. Station No. 1531 on the eastern boundary of the Waikato County; thence from this point following the said boundary in a southerly direction to the point where it meets the north-eastern corner of Section 483 in Block III in the Whangamarino Parish; thence from this point in a straight line across country in a westerly direction to meet again the western corner of Section 35, Block IV, the original point of commencement.
