A PPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of
a new certificate of title in favour of JOHN RABBITT,
of Kauana, Farmer, for Section 5, Block V, Town of Fernhill,
being the land contained in certificate of title, Vol. LXII,
flio 46, and evidence having been lodged of the loss of the
said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I shall issue
a new certificate of title as requested upon the expiration of
fourteen days from the 21st July, 1938.
Dated at the Lands Registry Office, Invercargill, this 14th
day of July, 1938.

certificate of title as requested, upon the expiration of

Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution.
N OTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of the above-named company duly convened
and held on the 28th day of June, 1938, the following extra-
ordinary resolution was duly passed :—
“ That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities
continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up,
and that the company be wound up voluntarily.
“ That Mr. R. Y. COLLINS, of Wellington, Public Ac-
countant, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the
company.”
Notice to Creditors to Prove.
The liquidator of Duncans Clothing Store, Limited, which
is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 15th day
of August, 1938, as the day on or before which the creditors
of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to
establish any title they may have to priority under section 258
of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribu-
tion made before such debts are proved, or, as the case may
be, from objecting to such distribution.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
