Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Blocks X and XII,
Kaiteriteri Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the eighteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty-eight.

in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of
July, 1938.

hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road;
and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79983,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of

Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a roadman's
cottage; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the eighteenth day of July, one
thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 25
perches.

Being portion of Lot 1, D.P. 6633, and being part Kaimai
No. 1 Block.

Situated in Block I, Otanewainuku Survey District (Auck-
land R.D.). (S.O. 29550.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99792,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of
July, 1938.

every other power and authority in anywise enabling me
in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for irrigation purposes
(raceman's cottage-site); and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day
of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres
3 roods 33·4 perches.

Being part Rural Section 17506.

Situated in Block VIII, Pareora Survey District (Canter-
bury R.D.). (L.P. 1307.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98056,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of
