CORRIGENDUM.

In the Schedule to the Proclamation dated 4th July, 1938,
and published in New Zealand Gazette, 1938, page 1593,
taking land for the purposes of an aerodrome in Block II,
Mahanga Survey District, read "25 acres i rood 23-8 perches"
in lieu of "21 acres i rood 23-8 perches."

Allocating Land reserved and taken for a Railway to the Purposes of a Street in the City of Auckland, at Auckland.
[L.S.] GALWAY, Governor-General.
A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms part of land taken for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway, and it is considered desirable to allocate such land to the purposes of a street:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two hundred and twenty-six of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Auckland City Council, and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 0-18 perches.
Portion of railway land (part Section 97, Suburbs of Auckland), Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland.
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 5222, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of July, 1938.

Additional Land in Piriaka taken for the Purposes of the North Island Main Trunk Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the North Island Main Trunk Railway to take further land at Piriaka in addition to land previously acquired for the purpose of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
