Portion of Argyle Street, in the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of July, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the ninth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, viz.:
"The Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Argyle Street fronting portion of Allotment 5, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland, comprised in C.T. 102/227 ";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western side of portion of Argyle Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
The north-western side of all that portion of street, situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Argyle Street, fronting part Allotment 5 of Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99734, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portion of Minnie Street, in the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the thirteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz.:
"The Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Minnie Street adjoining part Allotment 6, Section 3, Suburbs of Auckland, comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 549, folio 281 ";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western side of portion of Minnie Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
The north-western side of all that portion of street in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Minnie Street, fronting part Allotment 6, Section 3, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98480, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portion of Beverley Street, in the City of Christchurch, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Christchurch City Council on the twenty-ninth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz.:
"The Christchurch City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Christchurch, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of street known as Beverley Street adjoining Certificate of Title 384/261, being part of R.S. 148 ";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected in the land fronting the north-western side of portion of Beverley Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
The north-western side of all that portion of street, situated in the Canterbury Land District, City of Christchurch, known as Beverley Street, fronting part Rural Section 148. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99470, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the nineteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, viz.:
"The Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of street known as Keppell Street fronting Lots 101 and 102 of Allotment 15, Section 7, Suburbs of Auckland, being all the land comprised in C/T. 581/279 ";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the portion of Keppell Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
The north-western side of all that portion of street, situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Keppell Street, fronting Lots 101 and 102 of Allotment 15, Section 7, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated in the plan marked P.W.D. 99546, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
