Portions of Revell Street and a Street off Revell Street, in the Borough of Hokitika, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of July, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Hokitika Borough Council on the thirteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, viz. :—
“ The Hokitika Borough Council, being the local authority having control of streets in the Town of Hokitika, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of street known as Revell Street adjoining Sections 55, 69, 71, and 100, and also the right-of-way alongside Section 55, Town of Hokitika ” ; the portions of streets affected by such resolution being described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
THE north-western side of all that portion of street, situated in the Westland Land District, Borough of Hokitika, known as Revell Street, fronting Sections 55, 69, 71, and 100, Town of Hokitika.
Also the north-eastern side of all that street off the said Revell Street in the said land district and borough, fronting Section 55, Town of Hokitika.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99137, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portion of Somerville Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of July, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the ninth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, viz. :—
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-eastern side of portion of Somerville Street abutting on part Section 3, Block VI, Anderson’s Bay District ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of portion of Somerville Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Somerville Street, fronting part Section 3, Block VI, Anderson’s Bay District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99386, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Portion of Oxford Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-eastern side of portion of Oxford Street abutting on part Lot 9, Block XIII, Township of Forbury ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of portion of Oxford Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of portion of Oxford Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
