Land taken for the Purposes of a Police-station in Block XVI, Kaitieke Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a police-station; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 9·09 perches.
Being Section 21 and part Section 20, Block V, Town of Waimarino.
Situat ed in Block XVI, Kaitieke Survey District. (S.O. 20120.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99419, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of July, 1938.

Land taken for the Purposes of Public Buildings of the General Government in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of public buildings of the General Government, and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99706, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of July, 1938.

TN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a hospital; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 3 roods 4·5 perches.
Being portion of Town Reserve 175.
Situat ed in the City of Christchurch (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 7014.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99831, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of July, 1938.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Pleasure-ground in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a pleasure-ground and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 32 perches. Being part Section 8, Evans Bay R.D.
Situat ed in Block XI, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 3280.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99289, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of July, 1938.
