A 3 Blocks, and terminating at a point on the northern boundary and 1 chain from the north-eastern corner of the said Ngamoe No. A 3 Block ; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses ; all in the Gisborne Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97849, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of January, 1938.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for municipal purposes—viz., public offices—and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned ; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 rood 7-43 perches.
Being Section 1, Block IV, Reserve K.
Situated in the City of Wellington. (S.O. 3299.)
In the Wellington Land District, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98208, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of January, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Te Awamutu as from the date hereinafter mentioned ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
