NOTICE is hereby given that statements of account and balance-sheets in respect of the undermentioned estates, together with the report of the Audit Office thereon, have been duly filed in the above Court, and I hereby further give notice that at the sitting of the said Court, to be held on Monday, the 25th day of July, 1938, at 10.15 o’clock in the forenoon, or as soon thereafter as application may be heard, I intend to apply for an order releasing me from the administration of the said estates:—

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of the Outstanding Duplicate of Memorandum of Lease Number 12038 affecting that parcel of land containing 57 acres 1 rood 18 perches, being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 13382 of part of the Rangitoto-Tuhua Number 35a Number 2a Block, and being the balance of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 302, folio 172, from WAIMATAO PAREHUIA, as lessor, to now MINNIE KENNEDY, Widow, and NORMAN KENNEDY, Farmer, both of Otorohanga, as lessees, having been lodged with me, together with a request to register an evidence of marriage of the said Minnie Kennedy and a surrender of the said lease without requiring production of the said outstanding duplicate thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such dealings in terms of section 40 of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 30th day of June, 1938.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a Provisional Mortgage for Mortgage No. 187526 from THE COLONIAL CARRYING COMPANY OF NEW ZEALAND, LIMITED, to THE NEW ZEALAND GUARANTEE CORPORATION, LIMITED, for all that parcel of land containing 14·5 perches, more or less, being part of Lot 20 on plan of the reclaimed land deposited in the Land Transfer Office at Wellington as No. 331, and being the whole of the land in certificate of title, Vol. 45, folio 112 (Wellington Registry), and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said Mortgage No. 187526, I hereby give notice that I will issue the provisional mortgage as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 10, folio 185 (Marlborough Registry), for all that parcel of land containing thirty and seven-tenths perches, more or less, being Lot 39 on Deposited Plan No. 341, and being also part of Section 5, District of Omaka, whereof GEORGE BOOKER, of Blenheim, Bricklayer, is the registered proprietor, and application having been made to me for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 30th day of June, 1938.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a new certificate of title in the name of MARGARET FANNIE SHAW, of Kaka Point, Spinster, for 23·8 perches, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 2504, being part Section 154, Town of Port Chalmers, and another part of said Section 154, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Vol. 190, folio 63, Otago Registry, subject to rights-of-way as to part and evidence having been lodged of the loss of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to issue such new certificate of title at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
