I HEREBY give notice that pursuant to the authority conferred on the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936, the following decisions in respect to applications for licences have been made.

Sutherland and Company, Limited To resell motor-spirit from a commercial pump installed at the applicant company’s premises Maelenman Granted 20 June, 1938.
Transport (Nelson), Limited To resell motor-spirit from two commercial pumps installed at the company’s premises at Murchison Nelson Declined 20 June, 1938.
Davis, R. To take over five pumps situated in Jollie Street from W. W. Reed, move them to a new site at the corner of Jollie Street and the Esplanade, Akaroa, and install one additional pump Akaroa Granted 20 June, 1938.
