Land taken for the Purpose of an Access Way between Maida Vale Road and Grafton Road, in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purpose of an access way and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 27.68 perches.
Being part Lots 5, 6, and 14, D.P. 475, and being part Section 1, Evans Bay R.D.
Situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 3177.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99044, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of June, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a quarry ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :β A. R. P. Being portions of Lot 1, D.P. 6633, and being also parts Kaimai No. 1 Block.
Situated in Block I, Otanewainuku Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29468.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98774, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of June, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a State highway depot; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 3 roods 4.4 perches.
Being portion of Section 140, Hua District.
Situated in Block VI, Paritutu Survey District. (S.O. 7665.)
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98856, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of June, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a hospital and shall vest in the Otago Hospital Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
