Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and the
Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George
Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for scenic purposes; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh
day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

3 0 16 Situated in Block XI, Nukumaru Survey District. (S.O.

In the Wellington Land District ; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97542,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of
June, 1938.

Survey District.

every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I
do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the twenty-seventh day of June, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-eight.

98502, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of

this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road ; and I do
also declare that this Proclamation shall take eflect on and
after the twenty-seventh day of June, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-eight.

Situated in Block II, Moeraki Survey District (Otago R.D.).

In the Otago Land District ; as the same is more particu-

in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of
June, 1938.

Eden.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every
other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this
behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for the purposes of a street and shall vest in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Mount
Eden as from the date hereinafter mentioned ; and I do also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-
eight.

In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99426,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of
June, 1938.
