DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE partnership hitherto existing between DENIS O’KEEFE and WILLIAM STEVENS in the business of panel-beaters and carried on at No. 136 New North Road, Auckland, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of January, 1938.
The business will be carried on in future by Denis O’Keefe at the same address, and all accounts due to or by the partnership must be rendered to the said Denis O’Keefe.

NOTICE is hereby given that XAVIER BRIAN MURPHY and DOUGLAS WALTER PAGE have mutually agreed not to dissolve their partnership known as Hopcrofts’ Transport, as previously intended, and the business is accordingly being carried on as heretofore.

WAIKATO COUNTY COUNCIL.
In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1928.
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waikato County Council proposes to execute a certain public work—to wit, the establishment of a quarry—for which purpose the following lands require to be taken under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, sections 22 and 23 (that is to say) :—
(a) All that piece or parcel of land containing 11 acres 3 roods 27 perches, being portion of Allotment Number 348 of the Te Miro Settlement.
(b) All that piece or parcel of land containing 4¾ perches, being portion of the bed of the Waitakaruru Stream at Te Miro.
(c) All that piece or parcel of land containing 3¾ perches, being portion of Section 708, Te Miro Settlement.
All of which lands are situated in Block II, Cambridge Survey District, in the Auckland Land District.
A plan of the lands required to be taken as aforesaid is open for inspection to the public at the office of the Waikato County Council. All persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well-founded objections to the execution of such works or to the taking of such lands, and to send such writing, to the Waikato County Council, within forty days from the date of the first publication of this notice.
