Mining Privileges to be struck off the Register.

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of section 188 (3) of the Mining Act, 1926, as amended by section 18 of the Mining Amendment Act, 1937, that unless sufficient cause is shown to the contrary within one month from the date hereof, the mining privileges mentioned in the Schedule hereto will be struck off the Register.

Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit.

I HEREBY give notice that an application has been received from P. Petry for permission to transfer two petrol pumps situated on premises in Studholme Street to a new position on premises at the corner of Studholme and Anderson Streets, Morrinsville.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 30th June, 1938. All representations must set out clearly the grounds for same and include a statement showing the gallonage throughput of petrol sold and the nature of the business conducted by the person making the representations.
