Land taken for the Purposes of a Police-station in the City of Auckland.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a police-station; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 5 perches. Being Lot 100 on D.P. 19138, being part Allotment 32, District of Tamaki.

Situated in Block IX, Rangitoto Survey District (City of Auckland), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29551.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99520, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of June, 1938.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99523, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of June, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 38·24 perches. Being Lot 10 and part Lot 11, Block 3, D.P. 2424, and being part Section 6, Harbour R.D.

Situated in Block XI, Belmont Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 20029.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99016, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of June, 1938.

Being part Section 43, Karori R.D.

Situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 20098.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99147, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of June, 1938.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a recreation-ground and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 32 perches. Being part Section 8, Evans Bay R.D.

Situated in Block XI, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 3280.)
