Crown Land set apart for Housing Purposes in Block XXXV, Clutha Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 2 acres 0 roods 4·16 perches.
Being Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, D.P. 4871, and being part Sections 7, 8, and 9, Block XXXV, Clutha Survey District.
Situated in Borough of Balclutha and County of Clutha (Otago R.D.).
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95856, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of June, 1938.

Declaring Land acquired for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 0·57 perches.
Being portion of Lot 1, D.P. 7766, and being part Section 175, Town of Wanganui.
Situated in Block V, Westmere Survey District (City of Wanganui). (S.O. 3265.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96342, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of June, 1938.
