A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the New Zealand Government Railways to take land in Block V, Poerua Survey District, for railway purposes:

Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by section eleven of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 1 rood 24·8 perches. Portion of Section 162, Block V, Poerua Survey District, Westland County. (S.O. 3453.)

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 5219, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of June, 1938.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto and the portion of public domain described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for the purposes of an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 2 perches.

Being portion of Allotment 217, Town of Grahamtown.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public domain set apart: 8 acres 1 rood 20·5 perches.

Being Allotment 391, Village of Grahamtown.

All situated in Block XIII, Whangarei Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29237.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98455, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured purple.
