Land proclaimed as Road in Block XI, Waitemata Survey District, Waitemata County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Waitemata Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 2·3 Lot 40, D.P. 8956, being part Allotment 12.
0 0 33·7 Lot 41, D.P. 8956, being part Allotment 12.
Situated in Block XI, Waitemata Survey District (Parish of Waipareira), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29071.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98854, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of June, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Kumeu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 acres 1 rood 28 perches.
Adjoining Lot 14, D.P. 5059, being part Waikoukou Block.
Situated in Block VII, Kumeu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 27637.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98929, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of June, 1938.

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Blocks X and XIV, Tatuа Survey District, and Block II, Tauhara Survey District—viz., Deviations of the Rotorua-Taupo State Highway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Blocks X and XIV, Tatuа Survey District, and Block II, Tauhara Survey District—viz., deviations of the Rotorua-Taupo State Highway—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the existing Rotorua-Taupo State Highway opposite the north-eastern boundary of Section 9, Block X, Tatuа Survey District, and proceeding thence in a westerly and then southerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 5 miles 62 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands &c., viz., Section 1, Block X, Tatuа Survey District; part Wairakei Block on D.P. 25307; Lot 2, D.P. 14403; part Wairakei Block on D.P. 14400; Section 3; part Rangatira No. 3 Block, Block XIV, Tatuа Survey District; and part Rangatira No. 8A Block, Block II, Tauhara Survey District; and terminating at a point on the said highway on the left bank of the Waikato River; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Auckland Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98967, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Defining the Middle-line of a further Portion of the Dargaville-North Auckland Main Trunk Railway (14 m. 70 ch.—19 m. 64 ch.).

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a further portion of the Dargaville-North Auckland Main Trunk Railway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I do hereby further declare that from the western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 24568, being part of Tunatahi Block, to the terminating point of the middle-line, this Proclamation shall, as regards the land on the northern side of the middle-line, affect only the land within a distance of five chains from such middle-line.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on Railway Reserve in Block IX, Maungaru Survey District, marked 14 miles 70 chains, near the westernmost corner of Lot 2 on D.P. 27234, being part Kaihu 2B Block and proceeding thence in a south-westerly then westerly then southerly and south-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 4 miles 74 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., Lot 1 on D.P. 27234, being part of Kaihu 2B Block; part Kaihu 2B No. 3 Block on D.P. 17416; Lots 1, 2, and 3 on D.P. 9918, being parts of Kaihu 2B Block; part Kaihu 2B Block on D.P. 2299; Lots 1, 5, and 4 on D.P. 10667, being parts of Kaihu 2B Block; Lot 3 on D.P. 13997, being part of Kaihu 2B Block; part Kaihu 2B Block on D.P. 10421; Lot 1 on D.P. 20210, being part Kaihu 2B No. 2 Block; part Kaihu 2B No. 2 Block; Lot 2 on D.P. 20210, being part Kaihu 2B No. 2 Block; part Kaihu 2B No. 2 Block; Railway Reserve; Lot 15 on D.P. 15296, being part Kaihu 2B Block; Lot 1 on D.P. 24568 and Lot 1 on D.P. 15392, being parts of Tunatahi Block; part Tunatahi Block on D.P. 9811; and Lots 2, 3, and 4 on D.P. 15392, being parts of Tunatahi Block, and terminating at a point marked 19 miles 64 chains on the south-eastern boundary of the last-mentioned lot approximately 50 links from the easternmost corner thereof; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses; all in the North Auckland Land District: as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99144 (2 sheets), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
