CHANGE OF NAME.

TAKE notice that I, WILFRID OSBORNE HARDWICK SMITH, have by deed-poll bearing date the 24th day of May, 1938, which deed is intended to be registered in the Supreme Court of New Zealand at New Plymouth, renounced and abandoned the use of my former christian name “Hardwick” as a christian name and my former surname of “Smith,” and in lieu thereof have assumed and adopted the surname of “Hardwick-Smith” so that I, my wife, and my children and remoter issue may henceforth be called and known not by my former surname of “Smith” but by my assumed surname of “Hardwick-Smith.”
