Revoking Order in Council delegating Powers under the Cemeteries Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 11th day of May, 1938.

THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the Cemeteries Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council made on the sixteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-fifth day of the same month, at page 1223, in which the powers conferred on him by section four of the said Act of appointing and removing trustees of any cemetery were delegated to the Whakatane County Council in respect of the area described as the Te Whaiti Cemetery and comprising Section 26, Block XIII, Galatea Survey District.
