Mining Privileges to be struck off the Register.

Office of the Mining Registrar, Reefton, 22nd April, 1938.

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 188 (3) of the Mining Act, 1926, as amended by section 18 of the Mining Amendment Act, 1937, that if within one month from the date hereof, sufficient cause to the contrary is not shown to the Minister, each of the mining privileges mentioned in the Schedule hereto will be struck off the Register.
