Crown Land set apart for Sand-dune-reclamation Purposes in Block VIII, Opoe Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for sand-dune-reclamation purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 19 acres 0 roods 12 perches.
Being Section 44, Block VIII, Opoe Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29239.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98061, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of April, 1938.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Maungakaretu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 33 perches.
Being portion of Section 2, Tapuae Settlement.
Situated in Block VII, Maungakaretu Survey District. (S.O. 20048.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98688, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of April, 1938.

Revoking a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of a Street in the Borough of Te Awamutu.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twenty-fourth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 5 of the twenty-seventh day of the same month, at page 96, taking land for the purposes of a street in the Borough of Te Awamutu.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of April, 1938.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Te Awamutu as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 0 roods 20ยท5 perches.
Being Lot 1 and portion of Lots 2, 3, and 4, D.P. 16493, and being part Allotment 321, Mangapiko Parish.
Situated in Block II, Punui Survey District (Borough of Te Awamutu), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29156.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the above is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97750, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of April, 1938.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a street, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street-widening, and that the said parcels of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Raetihi as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken for the purposes of a street: 20 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 4313, and being part Section 1, Raetihi Township Extension No. 1; edged red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken in connection with street-widening: 20 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 4313, and being part Section 1, Raetihi Township Extension No. 1; edged purple.
All situated in Block VI, Makotuku Survey District (Borough of Raetihi). (S.O. 3271.)
All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97740, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
