Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Block III, Kaiwhata Survey District, Masterton County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Kaiwhata Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 acre 1 rood 24·6 perches.
Being portion of Section 813, Whareama Block R.D.; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE areas of the piece of road closed:—

1 2 18·8 Section 813, Whareama Block R.D., and Epson Road, Oroua Block R.D.; coloured green.

All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97600, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of April, 1938.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 rood 7·9 perches.
Being portion of Allotment 6, Block A, D.P. 906, and being part Section 34; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 roods.
Adjoining or passing through Allotments 24 to 28, Block I, Township of Kakanui, D.P. 12, and Allotments 6, 7, and 8, Block A, D.P. 906; coloured green.
All situated in Block IV, Otepopo Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 0.234.)
All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98161, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Allocating to the Purposes of a Road Land in Block VII Geraldine Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the piece of land which is described in the Schedule hereto (and which was reserved for railway purposes, and which is no longer required for such purposes) shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that such road shall be maintained by the Main Highways Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land dealt with: 2 acres 0 roods 7·3 perches.
Being portion of Reserve 2846, Block VII, Geraldine Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (L.P. 1297.)
