Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Blocks I and II, Rewa Survey District, Masterton County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Rewa Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.


FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 acre 0 roods 1·4 perches.
Being portion of Lot 1, D.P. 2218, and being part Sections 75 and 621, Whareama Block; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 0 roods 8·8 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lot 1, D.P. 2218, being part Sections 75 and 621, Whareama Block; coloured green.

All situated in Blocks I and II, Rewa Survey District. (S.O. 3292.)

All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98765, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of April, 1938.

Land proclaimed as Street, and Street closed, in the City of Auckland, and the Land contained in the Street closed added to an Endowment.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land in the City of Auckland, described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I do also declare the land comprised in the street closed, being adjacent to the endowment described in item 14 of the Second Column of the Schedule to the Special Powers and Contracts Act, 1883, to be added to the said endowment.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as street:—

0 0 0·66\ Being portions of Allotment 20A, Section 9,
0 0 1·33/ City of Auckland; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

STREET CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed: 2·74 perches. Adjoining or passing through Allotment 20A, Section 9, City of Auckland; coloured green.

All situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District (City of Auckland). (S.O. 29009.)

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97928, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of April, 1938.
