Island Council of Niue appointed.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
Pursuant to the authority vested in me by section sixty-five of the Cook Islands Act, 1915, and by an Order in Council of the twenty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, providing for the constitution of Island Councils in the Cook Islands, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the appointment of the present members of the Island Council of Niue, and in lieu thereof do hereby nominate and appoint the following persons as members of the said Island Council of Niue, to hold office during my pleasure, that is to say,—
Alofi South .. Veli Hagatuki. | Lakepa .. .. Togiatu.
Alofi North .. Patali. | Hakupu .. .. Galiki.
Makefu .. Tamapeau. | Fatiau .. .. Kalotuki.
Tuapa .. Talima. | Avatele .. .. Kalauta.
Namukulu .. Kinitoa. | Tamakautoga .. Mitiave.
Hikutavake .. Pulegamotu. | Liku .. .. Tipeli.
Mutalau .. Matakaitoa.
And I do hereby declare that such revocation and appointment shall take effect on the first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, this 31st day of March, 1938.

Government Representative on the New Zealand Honey Control Board.—(Notice No. Ag. 3544.)
GALWAY, Governor-General.
Whereas by section five of the Honey-export Control Act, 1924, it is provided that the person appointed as a member of the New Zealand Honey Control Board as the representative of the New Zealand Government shall hold office during the pleasure of the Governor-General: And whereas Jack Richard Butland, Esquire, was so appointed on the fourteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one: And whereas the said Jack Richard Butland has intimated his desire to be discharged from the office of member of the said Board, but it is uncertain whether any right of resignation is conferred by law upon the person appointed as the Government representative as aforesaid:
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by the said section five and acting pursuant to the desire of the said Jack Richard Butland heretofore expressed, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby discharge and remove the said Jack Richard Butland from the office of member of the New Zealand Honey Control Board: And in further exercise of the powers aforesaid, and acting on the recommendation of the Honourable the Minister of Agriculture, I hereby appoint Wallace Nelson, Esquire, to be a member of the New Zealand Honey Control Board as the representative of the New Zealand Government to hold office during the pleasure of the Governor-General.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 30th day of March, 1938.

Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of the Regulations Act, 1936, of the making of the above-entitled regulations under the above-entitled Acts.

Date of enactment: 6th day of April, 1938.

It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor-General has, in pursuance of the provisions of the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of the Official Appointments and Documents Act, 1919, appointed—
Jack Harvey Keedwell, of Levin,
to be an officer for the purposes of Part II of the first-mentioned Act in respect of the Wellington Acclimatization District.
