Altering the Boundaries of the Tararua Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me
by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925,
and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling
me in that behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
alter the boundaries of the Tararua Electric-power District,
so as to include the area described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Land District of Wellington, comprising
the whole of the County of Akitio, as at present constituted,
the same being more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 98704, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of
April, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth
day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the
land in the Borough of Balclutha described in the Schedule
hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street

Being part Section 7 (Lot 9, L.T.P. 4871).
Situated in Block XXXV, Clutha Survey District (Borough

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particu-
larly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95855, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured red.
