Additional Land near Rangiriri taken for the Purposes of the
Kaipara-Waikato Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use,
convenience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara-Waikato
Railway to take further land near Rangiriri in addition to
land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway :
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise
of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections
thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works
Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise
enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the purposes above mentioned.

Situated in Block XV, Maramarua Survey District,
Waikato County. (S.O. 29346, blue.)
In the Auckland Land District ; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 5106,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wel-
lington, and thereon coloured red and yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of
April, 1938.

Additional Land at Kensington taken for the Purposes of the
Waitaki-Bluff Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use,
convenience, and enjoyment of the Waitaki-Bluff
Railway to take further land at Kensington in addition to
land previously acquired for the purpose of the said railway :
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise
of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections
thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works
Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise
enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the purposes above mentioned.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 2 acres 0 roods
3-2 perches.
Being Allotments 3, 4, 13, 14, 15, 16, and parts 11 and 12,
Deeds Plan 128, Township of Caversham East, parts of
Section 16, Block VII, Town District, City of Dunedin.

In the Otago Land District ; as the same are more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 4922, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and
thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of
April, 1938.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in
Eyre Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto ;
and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described
in the Second Schedule hereto.
