DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore
existing between us, the undersigned, carrying on
business as sawmillers under the style and firm name of
“ The Inangahua Sawmilling Company,” at Inangahua
Junction, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the
23rd day of October, 1937.
The said business will in future be carried on by Gordon
John Ward, Hollis George James Ward, and Edward Ronald
Rooney under the style and firm name of the Inangahua
Sawmilling Company, and all debts due to and owing by the
said late partnership will be received and paid respectively
by the said Gordon John Ward, Hollis George James Ward,
and Edward Ronald Rooney.

Tuesday, the 12th day of April, 1938, at 3 o’clock in
the afternoon, for the purpose of receiving an account
by the liquidator showing how the winding up of the com-
pany has been conducted and how the property of the com-
pany has been disposed of, and to adopt an extraordinary
resolution providing for the disposal of the books and
documents of the company.

continue its business and now be voluntarily wound up.”

THE CENTRAL WAIKATO ELECTRIC-POWER BOARD.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in
it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act,
1926, the Electric-power Boards’ Act, 1925, and all other
Acts and powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Central
Waikato Electric-power Board hereby resolves as follows :—
“ That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of
interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Central
Waikato Electric-power Board’s Special Loan, 1937, £50,000,
authorized to be raised by the Board under the above-
mentioned Acts and under the Finance Act (No. 2), 1936,
for the purpose of further reticulation work within the Central
Waikato Electric-power District, the said Board hereby
makes and levies a special rate of one-ninth of a penny (⅓d.)
in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of capital
value) of all rateable property in the Central Waikato Electric-
power District, and that such special rate shall be an annually
recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable
yearly on the 1st day of October in each and every year
during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-
five years or until the loan is fully paid off.”
We certify that the above is a correct copy of a resolution
passed at a duly convened meeting of the Central Waikato
Electric-power Board held on the 9th day of March, 1937.
