Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
PURSUANT to section four hundred and fifty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, being satisfied that the purchase of the Native land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown, do hereby proclaim that the said land has become Crown land.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of March, 1938.

Altering the Boundaries of the Wairarapa Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in that behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the Wairarapa Electric-power District so as to include the area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area situated in the Wellington Land District, and being portion of the Masterton County, bounded by a line commencing at a point situated on the northern boundary of the Wairarapa Electric-power District, as at present constituted, on the eastern bank of the Ruamahanga River where such boundary crosses this river at a point opposite the northern corner of Section 34, Block XII, Miki Miki Survey District, and following in a northerly direction generally the eastern bank of the Ruamahanga River to a point opposite the south-east corner of Section 39, Block VIII, Miki Miki Survey District; thence by a right line across the said river to the south-east corner of the said Section 39; thence following in a westerly direction the southern boundary of the said Section 39 to its south-west corner; thence following in a northerly direction the western boundary of the said Section 39 to its north-west corner; thence following in a westerly direction the northern boundary of Section 38, Block VIII, Miki Miki Survey District, to the north-west corner of this section; thence following in a southerly direction the western boundary of the said Section 38, across a public road, and again by the western boundary of the said Section 38, and the western boundary of Section 37, Block XII, Miki Miki Survey District, to the north-east corner of Section 36, Block XII, Miki Miki Survey District; thence following in a westerly direction generally the northern boundary of Block XII, Miki Miki Survey District, and the northern boundary of Block XI, Miki Miki Survey District, to the north-west corner of Section 58, Block XI, Miki Miki Survey District; thence following in a southerly direction the western boundary of the said Section 58 to the Miki Miki Stream; thence by a right line across this stream to the north-west corner of Section 72A, Block XI, Miki Miki Survey District; thence following in a southerly direction the western boundary of the said Section 72A to its south-west corner which is situated on the northern boundary of the Wairarapa Electric-power District, as at present constituted; thence following in an easterly direction generally the boundary of the said Wairarapa Electric-power District to the point of commencement; the same being more particularly shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 98674, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of March, 1938.
