LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

APPLICATION having been made to me to register a notice of re-entry by the WAIKATO-MANIA POTO DISTRICT MAORI LAND BOARD, as lessor under Lease Number 10598, of Lot 87, Block 11, on Deposited Plan Number 2893, being part of Karewa Native Township, and being all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 643, folio 112 (Auckland Registry), whereof JAMES KENNEDY NEWTON, of Kawhia, Commission Agent, is the registered lessee, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such notice of re-entry upon the expiration of one calendar month from the 24th day of March, 1938, unless good cause to the contrary be shown.
