Mining Privileges to be struck off the Register.

Mining Registrar’s Office, Collingwood, 4th March, 1938.

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 188 (3) of the Mining Act, 1926, and section 18 (c) of the Mining Amendment Act, 1937, that unless sufficient cause to the contrary be shown to the Minister within one month from the date hereof, the mining privileges specified in the Schedule hereto will be struck off the Register.
