LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
EVIDENCE of the loss of Outstanding Deed of Mortgage
Number 359172 of Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 19262,
being part of Allotment 5 of Section 9 of the Suburbs of
Auckland, and being the land comprised in certificate of title,
Vol. 504, folio 240 (Auckland Registry), from HARRY CROWNE,
of Auckland, Builder, as mortgagor, to now SAMUEL TURKING-
TON, Gentleman, and GLADYS JANE TURKINGTON, Spinster,
both of Auckland, as mortgagees, having been lodged with
me together with a request to register a dealing affecting the
said outstanding deed of mortgage without requiring pro-
duction of same, notice is hereby given of my intention to
register such dealing in terms of section 40 of the Land
Transfer Act, 1915, upon the expiration of fourteen days
from the 10th day of March, 1938.
