Land proclaimed as Street in the Borough of New Plymouth.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land in the Borough of New Plymouth described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as street:—

A. R. P. Being
0 0 21·4 Part Section 22, Fitzroy District.
0 0 8·97 Part Lot B, D.P. 1244, being part Section 22, Fitzroy District, and part Section 56, Block V, Paritutu Survey District.

Situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District (Borough of New Plymouth). (S.O. 7632.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97868, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of March, 1938.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District, Waikato County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 9 perches. Being part Lot 8, D.P. 8603, and being part Allotments 143 and 144, Kirikiriroa Parish.

Situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29284.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98625, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of March, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 1 rood 23 perches.

Being portion of Lot 3, D.P. 4335, and being part Allotments 192 and 192A, Puniu Parish,

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98535, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of March, 1938.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of New Plymouth as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
