Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Town of Hokianga
(Rawene), North Auckland Land District.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of
March, 1938.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section
seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doeth hereby cancel the reservation as a site for county buildings
over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and
doeth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the
Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land
Act, 1924.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALLOTMENT 7, Town of Hokianga (Rawene): Area, 36-8
perches, more or less.

Cancelling the Vesting of a Reserve in the Hokianga County
Council.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of
March, 1938.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is
vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants
of the County of Hokianga, in trust, as a site for county
buildings by virtue of an Order in Council dated the sixteenth
day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five,
and published in the Gazette of the ninth day of January,
one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, the said Order in
Council having been issued pursuant to section nine of the
Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928:
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said
land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and
the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of
Hokianga have duly consented to such cancellation:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the
Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928,
doeth hereby cancel the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Hokianga of the land
described in the Schedule hereto.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Tauranga Survey
District, Auckland Land District.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of
March, 1938.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
is a reserve duly set apart for signal-station purposes;
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation
over such land shall be changed to a reserve for recreation
purposes:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon
him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public
Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth
hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for
signal-station purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 1, Block VII, Tauranga Survey District, containing
by admeasurement 7 acres 3 roods 34 perches, more or less.
As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked
L. and S. 13/19, deposited in the Head Office, Department
of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered
red. (Auckland plan S.O. 4802.)

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule
hereto is a reserve duly set apart for cemetery
purposes:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the
reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve
for recreation purposes:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of
the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928,
doeth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for
cemetery purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes.

Directing Application of Moneys received in respect of Portion
of the Ormond Domain, Gisborne Land District, for the
Purposes of the Frasertown Domain.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of
March, 1938.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred by section sixty-one of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that from the
moneys received in respect of that portion of the Ormond
Domain described in the First Schedule hereto, and at the
date hereof lying to the credit of the said portion, a sum not
exceeding seventy-five pounds shall be applied in managing,
administering, and improving the Frasertown Domain,
described in the Second Schedule hereto.
