Land taken for the Purposes of a Street at Wadestown Road,
in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 23·89 perches. Being portion of part Sections 43 and 44, Wadestown, and being part Section 1, Harbour R.D.
Situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 3268.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated in the plan marked P.W.D. 98063, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of March, 1938.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96663, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of buildings of the General Government; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 9·28 perches. Being portion of Section 21, Town of Ahaura.
Situated in Block IV, Mawheranui Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 3385.)
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96016, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of March, 1938.
