ERRATUM.—In the heading and Schedule of the Proclamation published in New Zealand Gazette No. 5 of the 27th January, 1938, page 97, taking land for the purposes of a road in Block X, Mawhera-iti Survey District, read “Mawhera-iti” in lieu of “Mowhera-iti.”

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1934, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Mawheranui Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 2 perches.
Being portion of Section 21, Town of Ahaura.
Situated in Block IV, Mawheranui Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 3385.)
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96016, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of March, 1938.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land in the City of Wellington described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS STREET.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 5·4 perches.
Being portion of Section 43, Wadestown, and being part Section 1, Harbour R.D.; coloured sepia.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
STREET CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed: 3 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 43, Wadestown, being part Section 1, Harbour R.D.; coloured green.
All situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District. (S.O. 3268.)
All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98063, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of March, 1938.
