Notice to Persons affected by Application for a License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.
Export of Fish.
HEREBY give notice that an application has been received from Barraos' Fish Market, Ltd., Wellington, for a license to export fish to Australia.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 10th March, 1938.

Taking of Fish.
HEREBY give notice that applications have been received from-
(1) G. F. Hemsley, for a license to take fish at Lyttelton by means of a 26 ft. 5 h.p. launch, using drag-nets and hand-lines, and supplying the local market.
(2) C. W. Heayns, E. F. Gibson, P. B. Bartholomew, and J. Hewitt, for a license to take fish at Waitarere Beach by means of a 16Β½ ft. 8 h.p. launch, using drag-nets and long and hand lines, and supplying the local market.
(3) D. D. Low, for a license to take fish at Kaikoura by means of a 26 ft. 16 h.p. launch, using long and hand lines, and supplying the Kaikoura and Christchurch markets.
(4) J. D. Fowler, for a license to take fish at Napier by means of a 20 ft. 27 h.p. launch, using long and hand lines, and supplying the local market.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau in respect of these applications and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 10th March, 1938.
