SCHEDULE.

THE northern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Murray Street, fronting Allotment 12, Block I, Corstorphine Estate. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98329, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Portion of Straven Terrace, in the Borough of Riccarton, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of February, 1938.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Riccarton Borough Council on the thirteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz. :—

“ That the Riccarton Borough Council, being the local authority and having control of the streets in the Riccarton Borough, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Straven Terrace shown coloured red on the plan before the meeting ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of the portion of Straven Terrace (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.


SCHEDULE.

THE northern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Canterbury Land District, Borough of Riccarton, known as Straven Terrace, fronting Lot 295, D.P. 4530, being part Rural Section 163. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98255, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portions of Bowen Street and Hospital Road, in the Bay of Islands County (Kawakawa Town District), exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Bay of Islands County Council on the twentieth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, viz. :—

“ The Bay of Islands County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the Bay of Islands County, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the southern side of that portion of Bowen Street fronting Lot 122 and parts Lots 121 and 123, Deeds Plan W46, being part Te Wharau Block, Kawakawa Town District, or to the western side of that portion of Hospital Road fronting part Lot 123, Deeds Plan W46, being part Te Wharau Block, Kawakawa Town District ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the portions of Bowen Street and Hospital Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of roads.


SCHEDULE.

THE southern side of all that portion of road, situated in the North Auckland Land District, Bay of Islands County, known as Bowen Street, fronting Lot 122 and parts Lots 121 and 123, Deeds Plan W46, being part Te Wharau Block, Block XVI, Kawakawa Survey District.

Also the western side of all that portion of road situated in the said land district and county, known as Hospital Road, fronting part Lot 123, Deeds Plan W46, being part Te Wharau Block, Block XVI, Kawakawa Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97902, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

“ The West Harbour Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of West Harbour, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the Dunedin – Port Chalmers Main Highway adjoining Allotment 6, L.T.P. 166, and right-of-way, being parts Allotments 4 and 5, Township of Rothesay, comprising part of Sections 37 and 38, Upper Harbour West District ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of the portion of the Dunedin – Port Chalmers Main Highway (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.


SCHEDULE.

THE northern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, Borough of West Harbour, known as the Dunedin – Port Chalmers Main Highway, fronting Lot 6, D.P. 166, and part Lot 5, D.P. 1, Township of Rothesay, being part Sections 37 and 38, Upper Harbour West District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98059, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
