A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Whangarei County, containing by admeasurement 26 acres 1 rood 22 perches, more or less, being portion of Section 1, Block III, Tangihua Survey District, and being the land in plan 26108 deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar, at Auckland, and the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 690, folio 225, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north and east by the other portion of the said Section 1; towards the south by a State forest (Gazette, 1906, page 1430); and towards the west by Sections 4 and 5, Block III, Tangihua Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated in plan No. 11/13, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and therein bordered red.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section nine of the Housing Act, 1919, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart for the purposes of Part I of the said Act.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—BOROUGH OF TAUMARUNUI.
SECTION 9, Block IV, Rangaroa Village: Area, 1 acre, more or less.

Land set apart as an Endowment for Primary Education.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the piece of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being land which is adjacent to the endowment for primary education described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said endowment.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rood 4 perches, more or less, being closed road now known as Section 4, Block II, Mararoa Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 20/67A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 108 acres 1 rood 7·7 perches, more or less, being part of Section 3, Block II, Mararoa Survey District, and being part of the land acquired by the School Commissioners for the Otago Provincial District by Transfer No. 31221, dated 25th November, 1910, the said land being contained in Certificate of Title, Vol. 81, folio 295, Southland Registry, and now vested in His Majesty the King by Section 22 of the Education Reserves Act, 1928. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 20/67A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for the purposes of a public school.
