In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
97886, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of
December, 1937.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to
be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

Defining the Middle-line of a Portion of the Paeroa–Pokeno
Railway (0m.–5m. 17ch. from Paeroa).

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a portion of the
Paeroa–Pokeno Railway shall be that defined and set forth
in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point on the existing Thames–Paeroa line
of railway about 10 chains north of the Opukeko Stream,
Block XII, Waihou Survey District, marked 0 miles, and
proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction generally for
a distance of approximately 5 miles 17 chains, and passing in,
into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—viz., part
Lot 2, D.P. 3004, and part Lot 2, D.P. 9667, being portions
of land granted to J. W. Thorp by Crown grant No. 25r,
part Lot 5, D.P. 6842, being part Te Komata South Block,
part Lot 1, D.P. 3004, being part land granted to J. W.
Thorp by Crown grant No. 25r, Stopbank, Dredge Slipway,
and Wharf Reserves, parts Ngahinapouri C and B Blocks,
Lots 3, 2, and 1, D.P. 14941, being portions of Section 9,
Lot 1, D.P. 4617, being part Ahipukahu Block, all in Block
XII, Waihou Survey District, part Section 6, part Lot 1,
D.P. 11081, being part Section 4, part Section 3, and Section 2
(D.P. 18292), part Section 1 (D.P. 4542), part Lot 5 and Lot 4

D.P. 5103, being parts Tahanui Block, all in Block XI,
Waihou Survey District, part Lot 2, D.P. 5103, being part
Tahanui Block, Blocks XI and VII, Waihou Survey District,
and Lot 8, D.P. 5103, being part Tahanui Block, Block VII,
Waihou Survey District, and terminating at a point marked
5 miles 17 chains on the south-western boundary of the said
Lot 8, D.P. 5103; including all adjoining and intervening
places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams,
and watercourses; all in the Auckland Land District. As
the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97787,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of
December, 1937.

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Block VI, Paekakariki
Survey District—viz., Portion of the Plimmerton–Paekakariki
Road.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to
be constructed over Block VI, Paekakariki Survey District—
viz., portion of the Plimmerton–Paekakariki Road—shall be
that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point on the existing Plimmerton–Paekaka-
riki Road opposite the eastern corner of Lot 30, D.P. 7262,
Block VI, Paekakariki Survey District, and proceeding thence
in a north-easterly direction generally for a distance of approxi-
mately 32·15 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over
the following lands, &c., viz., railway reserve, Block VI,
Paekakariki Survey District, and terminating at a point in
the said railway reserve; including all adjoining and inter-
vening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers,
streams, and watercourses; all in the Wellington Land
District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 97899, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of
December, 1937.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road
desired to be constructed over Block III, Kapiti Survey
District—viz., a deviation of the No. 13 Levin–Porirua State
Highway—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule
hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point on the existing No. 13 Levin–Porirua
State Highway opposite the southernmost corner of Lot 22,
D.P. 462, Block III, Kapiti Survey District, and proceeding
thence in a north-easterly and then easterly direction
generally for a distance of approximately 17·6 chains, and
passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—
viz., Lots 13, 12, 11, and 10, D.P. 462, Block III, Kapiti
Survey District, and terminating at a point on the said
highway opposite the southernmost corner of part Lot 7,
